Who we are
Yavora Innovations Pvt Ltd is the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation where that regulation applies.
Our registered office and company identification number are listed in the site footer.
What we collect
From this website we collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form.
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your company name and your role, where you provide them
- The message you write, including anything you choose to put in it
What we do not collect
This website sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and builds no visitor profile. It has no user accounts and no login.
Why we use it
We use contact form submissions solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to an engagement, to carry out pre-contract discussions.
Our lawful basis under the GDPR is the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Under the DPDP Act we rely on the consent you give by submitting the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Enquiries that lead to an engagement are retained for the life of the engagement and for the period required by applicable tax and company law afterwards.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. Our subprocessors are limited to the hosting and email providers required to operate the site and reply to you. The current list is available on request.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, or withdraw consent. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Grievance Officer
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 requires us to name a Grievance Officer. The appointed officer and their contact details will be published here before launch, and complaints may also be raised through the privacy address in our contact directory.
Changes to this policy
We will update the date at the top of this page whenever the policy changes, and keep the previous version available on request.
